Description: Tekla Lindeström (1856–1937) was a wood engraver. She got engaged in Grez to another member of the Swedish artist colony, the painter Karl Nordström. She was portrayed at work by her fiancé. The small cloth pinned to her hair is a screen against the daylight from the window.
